Refund Policy

Ascend is operated by Life level up. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and on the Lifetime plan.

How to request a refund

• Bought inside the app or on the web (Stripe): email ascendgroupapphelp@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout. We process approved refunds through Stripe, our payment processor.
• Bought through the Apple App Store: Apple handles those purchases. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund App Store purchases ourselves.

What's eligible

• Weekly and Yearly subscriptions within 14 days of the original charge.
• Lifetime purchases within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Renewal charges are refundable within 14 days of that renewal.

Cancelling instead of refunding

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile in the app (or in your Apple ID subscription settings for App Store purchases). Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is approved, Premium access is removed and your account reverts to the free experience. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
